PROJECT: Evergreen Townhomes

This housing development project resulted in 52 units spread out over 13 townhome buildings. Two pipe crews installed over 50 leaching basins, along with a maze of water and sewer services for each building. 
A third Thornapple crew also worked on earthwork, completing about 70,000 Cubic Yards of cut/fill—including about 45,000 yards of export. Our team was able to find other projects to use this excess fill on, which minimized the cost impact for the developer. This crew also built and shaped one massive retention pond and six smaller ponds to complete the required stormwater retention system on this project. 
This project also made for a great winter project, allowing our crews to work year-round in the sandy soil!
