PROJECT: Fox Subaru

We were thrilled to be selected for another Fox project after a long history of working with the dealership. Being right next door to our office and just around the corner from our shop was just a bonus for this one! This particular job was an expansion of an existing dealership, replacing the office complex next door. 

Although this site was only about six acres, nearly all of it was comprised of parking lot or the 38,000 square foot sales and service building. This building also included a large basement—allowing the service department to expand their operation—requiring an intricate foundation that took several weeks to prepare and pour.

Our pipe crew also had the chance to construct one of the largest underground retention systems our company has built, at over 16,000 square feet!
