This industrial development consists of four separate phases, breaking up the construction of a warehouse building that will be over 1 million square feet when completed. This is the most expansive project we’ve completed to date, coming in at over 100 acres! 

We wrapped up work on Phase I in the fall of 2023 as we moved into construction on Phase II. Crews moved nearly 100,000 cubic yards of dirt, installed almost 9,000 linear feet of underground utilities, and imported about 11,500 Tons of gravel for the 5 ½ acre parking lot on the first phase alone.
